Hi Pipeman. thanks for the comments, I suspect you're right.
I just can't bring myself to shoot original matching guns, even the 'less than collector' grade. I see them as a finite resource I'd hate to damage. Just a personal thing, you understand.
I've ended up trading a couple of nice guns for just that reason.
I'm buying this to shoot without guilt. They seem scarce in my area, which adds a little frustration to the search.
I suspect I'll re-spring this one, shoot it, sell it on at a huge loss and castigate myself for months
20 years ago I could of blamed it on the folly of youth, now I'll have to find a better justification
