Well, I am still waiting to receive mine from Murray. (He is on vacation elsewhere in NZ). With nice navy magazines going for $350 and Borchardt magazines going for $1000, I didn't think that the price on this Barring/Cleaning/Hold-open magazine to be too far out. But it did hurt to write the check. As Ron said, these things don't come up for sale very often. I don't think that it would be worth the work for the elves because the demand is too small. The one that I bought would be considered a little better than the one for sale because I have both of the two tightening bars and the one for sale doesn't. I do wonder about the markings on the side but I will see when I get it.
Anyone have any idea what the oil can would cost? What does one look like? There was talk of a screw driver in a previous discussion. what does that look like? What else is needed for a cased set?
