Then you would have to get a lawyer, pay them, and overall it could come out that caveat emptor (sp), let the buyer beware...
I would comment that you posted on this forum and also Jan Stills forum, and several aknowledged experts said the story was false and in fact untrue. See what he says.
But, I think I would take it as a lesson learned.
