Mark,

I guess I was insufficiently specific in my description. The lazy c/N is a Commercial proof. Your Luger is a combination of an Erfurt frame, a 1906 Commercial receiver (slight possibility of it being a 1908 Commercial receiver), and Mauser commercial toggle train.
