Point well taken Ed. You are absolutely correct...it is purely commercial in nature, capitalism at work. May have been a little more appropriate posted in the "For Sale" section, but I understand the rationale for posting it here. Guess I am willing to cut a new poster some slack. Next time I will jump on him like a duck on a junebug (or not, depending on how crotchity I'm feeling at the time).
