Hi Paul,
It depends mostly on how poor the condition. And if the holster has rare marks, etc. Jerry Burney "lugerholsterepair" is the best you will find, bar none. If you can post a series of photos, showing good views of the holster. He could possibly give you an estimate. And compared to his work. His prices are'nt that high. In fact not high enough. And there is'nt much he can't tell you about original Luger holsters, and how they were made.
