I am not very knowledgable about Mauser lugers but a few things in your photos jumped out at me: In the general photo you posted the magazine appears to have a wooden base: I don't think that is correct for your gun (not a major concern as magazines rarely match anyway). Also, the wear on the grips is significant and does not seem to match the lack of wear on the gun in general (the missing chip behind the safety is fairly common). In particular, I would expect to see some wear on the high points of the side plate and other edges. Consider the possibility that the gun may have been "touched up" with cold blue at some point. Nonetheless, it appears to be in very nice condition.
My general impression is that the gun is not especially valuable in monetery terms but it is a special family hierloom that you should treasure and pass on to future generations. I hope that your financial situation allows you to keep this memento of family history. KFS
