This is one I picked up a while ago. Looks wrong and probably is. Tube is steel and the handle swivels but has the appearance of a cheap repair. Only 2 rings on each side.
It's shoddy quality may mean it's former Dutch police property
(who did own a number of navies and LP08s, purchased after 1918 and taken from German vessels in Belgian ports).
I'm still curious about it's origins.
