Hi Johnny!

I'm not certain which browser you are using - but, you should be able to have an "exception" for this site - so you don't have to turn it "on" or "off" manually...

For example, on IE - if you go to:
TOOLS - INTERNET OPTIONS - PRIVACY
You'll see a button called "sites..." Press that - and type in lugerforum.com in text box and select "Allow"...

That should allow you to visit this site - and yet block cookies from others...
