Hello everyone,
I have now been offered an 1911A1? .45 for $400.00. The gun has a Reminginton Rand slide, but frame is a colt. The barrel is very clean and the gun is tight with a very good pakerizing all over. It looks like a WWII style gun(setup and all) and I was told that it is not a matching, but is his personal carry gun(he really does not wish to sale it, but he needs some cash). He told me was built in the Fifties. Anyone know what I should look for? Is it a good price? It looks good to me, but what do I know.
