Yes, I was a little surprised with the Crown stamp to but according to Jan. C. Still, page xxxii of Imperial Lugers, there is a photo of the exact same rig, same holster maker JOH HUBER/SATTLEREI/MUNCHEN with a 1916 dated gun, except my gun which is also 1916 dated has the correct non concentric ring mag with the correct numbers.According to Jan,apparently late in WW1 almost all Navy Lugers were issued with belt loop hosters to accommodate the large contingent of Navy ground forces fighting in Belgium.
I paid a total of NZ$4400.00 (including 12.5% tax) which is US$2050.00 and NZ$6600.00 (US$3000) for the 1906 first issue altered, in the Danish holster shown in my next posting.
