I have the need, but not for 1,000USD

As I mentioned earlier, the Dutch KNIL luger holsters saw service in tropic climates in the Dutch East Indies. Nothing worse to leather holsters than that.

Besides that, the quality of early Dutch contract holsters was terrible to start with.
