Here's one I made recently. I'll make a matching belt and a mag pouch that fits both the belt and shoulder strap, too.
The holster can be worn:
normal shoulder/cross draw
strong side shoulder {left-hand in this case}
point-down crossdraw shoulder
on a belt without a shoulder strap at all, or
on a belt with the shoulder strap.
