I've never really been into collecting, just too many out there I love to shoot and haven't shot yet. Sunday afternoon I took out my DSA FAL and Colt 6501, the FAL has a 14X Springfield scope, the other a Colt 4X, needless to say I did better with the FAL. I put up a 10"x10" target at 200yds, fired 10 shots, walked out, rehung target, fired another 10, ect. I put 150 rounds through the FAL and about the same through the Colt. I got all of them on the target but if there was a MOA I couldn't find it. This geting old ain't no deal. Shakes, jitters, can't see, scope seems to jump all over the place, but I still shoot anyway. Got my first cowboy .44 from Tom Heller last week, nice gun, killed a possum in the garbage can with it a couple of days later. Nobody was looking so I called it out into the street and told it to draw. I know how those things play dead but after five shots it wasn't playing. Don't have to worry about water collecting in the garbage can now. And I ruined my deer rifle last week (shot a coyote with it) so I'm looking for a new one. Thinking about a Savage in .270. Humvees are big & heavy. I'm glad the one that ran over me had a good suspension.
