I have looked at this holster time and again, trying to convince myself that it is an elaborate fraud. But, I have to agree with Jerry that it is an authentic US Test holster that has been seriously mutilated and probably beyond any recovery efforts for restoration. That is unfortunate, and has reduced its value to a fraction of what its historical importance should merit. It is a real shame, because it is in excellent condition otherwise.
