The holster came with a 1911 Luger which fit perfectly. The luger was pretty beat. The holster and the luger hadn't been together long, it looked like. The clip pouch will not accept a p38 magazine, but a luger magazine fits perfectly. I've compared it to a 1929 police holster I have-- the dimensions are identical. Thanks.
