I found a 1915 dated holster on ebay. I hope I'm not getting soaked.
The maker is "Floeto & Premcr Berlin". Has anyone heard of it. The seller guarrantees authenticity, or full refund. And has all positive feedbacks. However, they seem to be primarily antique dealers. Not alot of military stuff. They may have no idea.
