Its not a commercial with those military proof marks of the left side of the receiver. But it looks like a 1908 with that long frame. I would need some more pictures but on first looksee, it doesn't look like its been messed with.

Another thing that might be interesting is the flat board stock. I couldn't see any proof marks on the wood though. If someone has that serial number on their gun, it might be a good buy.
