I took a good look at it and it dosen't look re finished to me. $6500 is a chunk O change....

If you just want a Navy this is a model that is really expensive.

Tom Armstrong is selling off a few of his Navy pieces. You might check with him to see what he has just for comparison. He will steer you right, no question. Jerry Burney
