If it was really the one that I wrote to TomA about, the price then was $2500. So my $2025 may turn out to be OK. While I have lotsa artillery stocks, this will be my first navy one. I can't wait to see what I got. I just wish that FGS was at the OGCA show this weekend so that I could have drove down there and picked it up. But they decided to go to other shows instead.

TomA, what does "Werft Danzig" mean?

I am also waiting delivery of a 1914 artillery holster with a matching mag pouch. So next week is going to be exciting for me. If this artillery holster turns out OK then I may have a navy holster coming up from the same dealer.

I am still thrilled at a 1915 army holster that I picked up last weekend. I didn't know that I had a real nice treasure until members of the forum told me what I had. Christmas came early this year.
