Hey Norm,

There are TWO methods of posting a reply... if you use the little window at the bottom of a message thread this is the 'Quickreply' method and it does not include all the "little faces"

For the full capabilities in replying you have to use the 'Postreply' button at the bottom of the page (next to the 'newtopic' button) that is in color and you will have all the bells and whistles to use in your reply
