A "shooter" Luger, one that is pitted, mismatched parts etc, goes from $400 - $550, a holster $85-$150 and an extra magazine is about $50-$125 on e-bay.

You can buy a specific book on Imperial Lugers, one is by Jan Still, called Imperial Lugers. There are lots of books on all the years of Lugers, see the links and resources section to find out more.

What model is this? Well, it is a more than likely a 1917 DWM, 9mm military pistol, used in WW1. Further information and pictures might reveal some more hints to its past.
