Hi Rick, I'll let the holster folks comment on it, but it isn't WWII Standard Military.
The magazine, the one out of the pistol, is an fxo and was first used in 1941. So it wasn't the type issued with your Luger.
The right side markings appear to be of the B90, B91 variety. If so, it is a first variation G-Date, made in 1935. Jan Still thinks there were around 34,000 of this variety produced.
The grips are, indeed, East German Police. They are known as VOPO Grips, which stands for Volkspolizei or Peoples Police.
