Pete & Josef,

I remember one Lugerforum member once reporting that his barrel was stamped with 8,89...

I don't know where we might substantiate the allowable land diameter size for a Luger barrel...

but I once posted a chart once showing conversions from 8,81 to 8,89 mm and the corresponding decimal size... if you do a search of the forum for "8,89" or "8.89" or maybe "land diamter" you should probably find the message thread with the chart in it.
