Doubs, thanks for your comments on my Luger. I
learned a few things. The fact that the Luger was
pre-WWI caught my eye. I did not know that 1910
was the first year of date stamps.
The hold open has been added but the early trigger bar is there. Bore is near perfect, wood also very good. I don't plan on shooting it much, just
a few rounds a year.

I will probably hold off on an offer on the "Ground" DWM as I am heading West to South Dakota
next month to hunt Pheasants (never enough money!)
They have had it a long time it seems, maybe cause
they want too much. I will see if I can deal on it this December. I expect it will still be there. Lugers are not big around here with most
folks.
