I personally recommend that you enter the forum using the homepage, because there is a lot more to this site than just the discussions... but if you want to do as you asked, it is certainly possible, to do this is a simple matter and it should work on most websites
All you have to do after opening the Lugerforum homepage is to right click on the Message Board link and then choose "Open in a New Window" and you will be in the discussion page without the left frame.
