I have never heard of any official relationship between Mitchell and the Mauser factory.
He calls his company Mitchell's Mausers because the owner's name is Mitchell and he sells products that were originally manufactured by Mauser. I don't know what the legalities are concerning using the name Mauser, but I believe that the name of his company is perfectly legal.
Just like someone named Baudino selling old Mercedes-Benz automobiles could probably call his company Baudino's Mercedes...
