Hi Hermann,

You can opt to remove the smalll leafspring in the frame that pushes the grip safety outwards.

This spring is very tight when new and needs a lot of use to soften up. I replaced the spring on a 1906-model some time ago and it took a few weeks to get it softened up.

So feel comfortable that it will get better when in use.
