You will not believe this, but I have not looked in that area for a number! Please don't drum me out of the Luger Forum for this dumb mistake. Like I said, this was a dumb question.

I will take a look this weekend at my pistols for the serial number on the breechblock.

Thanks for the info guys! Boy, do I feel stupid
