Post Norton Internet Security conflict

John D,
It appears that an innocent part of the html code is triggering the "adid=" ad block. I added "adid=" back into my default list and the threads were once again blocked. I viewed my blocked content log and it identified the following offending code:

A href="showthread.php?s=34b472650b56c92ca1aaf45643fa1216&goto=lastpost&th readid=9903" (Reason: "adid=")

Emphasis added by me. My guess is that NIS picked up the offending character combination in the A href string and chucked it. I was playing around a bit with adding a permit string on the ad blocker (a more appropriate solution), but I couldn't figure the right syntax. You'll be the first to know if I get it.

Jack

P.S. I couldn't reach the new site with the .pcf address.... I had to go in with the numeric code.
