Yea - but I think the difference is the "media". You have to "buy" those books, and some are rather expensive to access that information. On the Internet - I'm not convinced that all the folks who visit a site have "collectors" - or even gun owner - interests at heart, especially if that information and documentation is able to be publicly accessed..??


Nope - I'm still not convinced a "Registry" would work...???
