THE ASP code won't work either under the AOL browser you are using (dammitt - well I tried...) - so my guess is it's the encoding of the datatype on the POST FORM..
However - if you are up to it - this is REALLY simple.....
Connect through AOL - and once you are on - MINIMIZE the AOL window (just right click on the top of the window - or use the Minimize button)....
Open Internet Exploder (sorry: Internet Explorer) and type:
www.lugerforum.com - and from the left link, when it opens, try the upload..?? Guess is - it will probably work... If not...
