Well, I'll put my 2 cents in too. Digital cameras have image size controls. There are usually 3 different sizes--Full 1600x1200 pixels--XGA 1024x768 and VGA 640x480. The settings determine the output size and the overall quality. For getting exceptional quality for PRINTS use the full setting, but using this for emailing or posting here will get you a Luger about 18" long and is really annoying to the viewers. Using the lowest setting, 640x480 will give you a picture of about 38-40 kb and will result in a picture that fits nicely on a 13 inch monitor. This is the setting you should use for posting here and if you intend to take family portraits you can change it FULL setting. Another little trick you can use after you have uploaded, say 6 pics (the limit is 8) when you post the first one to the discussion box do a copy and paste into the 'pop up thingy' and just change the number for the next one, Example, you have 6 pics to load and you have named them 'Bobs Luger1, Bobs Luger2 Bobs Luger3' and so on just copy the first post and paste it and change the 1 to 2 then 2 to 3 until you have them all, sure saves a heap of time typing that entire URL into the upload box.
