Pete and everyone I will get some more pictures and send them by email to yawl. I will get close up's and all views so it will be easier to identify. Itâ??s really exciting to get some history on this pistol. I have to admit I am getting Lugar fever. LOL I have a P38 thatâ??s my favorite and I shoot it at the range ever so often. The P38 was a gift from a Waffen SS Major that captured my Father who let the Major try out his knife. The P 38 is the only weapon that my father told me he took someoneâ??s life to escape. He told me of the skeleton ring that the Major wore on his right hand. My father was an Airborne Ranger and was on a mission in France to contact the resistance there. My father never really like to talk much of war and killing so we never really knew just how good of a solider dad was till after he died. My fathers favorite German pistol was the broom handled Mauser which I have [edited by Admin-JS].
