I also have pages from a neat article â??The Fabulous Lugerâ? by Hans Tanner, page 163. Unfortunately, the name of the publication is not on the pages, but I think it is an annual from around 1977 by either Guns & Ammo or Gun World.

Also there are the monthly articles by Charles Kenyon in â??The Gun Reportâ? that are excellent reference material, not to mention the bazillion articles in â??AUTOMAGâ?, the monthly journal of the National Automatic Pistol Collectors Association (NAPCA).

For anyone who is interested, I have an extra copy (mint) of the British journal containing the â??From Borchardt to Parabellum â?? An Anglo-Swiss Connectionâ? article by Dr. G. Sturgess. It is an outstanding treatise on early Luger development and a fundamental reference. I had a heck of a time locating copies. It is available to anyone as nuts as I am about reference material for $100. That is what I paid for it about 6 years ago (I said I was nuts), so I am not making any money on the deal.
