On those sites that are questionable Ed... I get a standard Websense trademarked screen that indicates the "category" of information that is being filtered... along with a statement that says if there is a business need, or the category of the website is in error to submit a report to the Network Admin for relief from filtering a particular site... each is judged on a case by case basis...
I remember a couple of years ago, doing business related reseach on keyboards that had credit card magnetic stripe capability built-in, that I wanted to visit the website for "Cherry" keyboards... I was notified that the website I had selected was prohibited as a website where pornography was available...
Since I had a legitimate business need to visit that site for the my employer at the time, I submitted a trouble ticket to the help desk, and after a couple of hours I got approval to allow that one website to be viewed over the corporate network via the internet... The help desk/admin folks had investigated and determined that the Cherry Keyboard folks just happend to use an Internet Service Provider that did a rather large business in porn from the same host computers... I haven't checked lately, but after my discussions with the sales folks at Cherry about my experience, I believe that they switched service providers right after that so that legitimate business interests in their product category would not get that message any more...
