I am running Windows 2000 Pro, which is really just XP, on a fiber optic connection, and I do not have any problems with Randy's site. I will say that the format requires a lot of refreshing after you select each photo and then go back, so if you are using dial-up rather than broadband it would be like watching paint dry.
