When it comes to real estate everything is location, location, location.
When it comes to buying guns everything is condition, condition, condition.
Go look at it... and get a general idea of the condition. The price doesn't seem too bad to me if it isn't a rusted hulk or if it hasn't been sporterized. (or as Terry A de C Foley would say, "converted to a hunting rifle" - they don't have sporters in the UK...
