John, that is indeed good luck to have that SAA with ivory grips. I have a 45 with smooth ivories and they really set it off. Ivory and stag are my two favorite pistol and knife handle materials. It won't be long before the stag is as expensive as the ivory, since they quit importing it several years ago.

Those are beautiful grips that Ron has, there was a similar pair on ebay recently, I believe they sold for around $350.

I am still envious of Dwight's gun show find, he got a real bargain there!
