You think its majority rules??? Did you see the numbers for the '92 election. Bush vs Clinton. Bush got over 59 million votes. Clinton got over 44 million votes. Clinton also got less votes in '96. Can you imagine Bush getting 15 million more votes than Kerry this year, and then next January we have President Kerry???
