OK....here comes some more info. Thanks to everyone who has helped so far.

1.Toggle Inscription: S/42
2.Chamber Inscription: 1939
3.Toggle Knob Type: Circle and cross-hatched
4.Grip Saftey: Not Present
5.Stock Lug: Present
6.Caliber: 9mm
7.Grip Type: Mother of Pearl
8.Thumb Saftey: Safe in back position. The word GESICHERT is visable when saftey is on.
9.Markings: Marking# 46 on left side under chamber inscription. Serial number 5735, small letter o under serial number.
10.Barrel Length: 3 1/4 inches.
11.Markings on left side of extractor: Small eagle
(feathers pointing downward)
12.Descriptions of Front and Rear Sights: open sights.
13.Magazine and Bottom Plug Markings: 4497 and the letter B

Percentage on remailing bluing: 95%
Percentage of straw colored finish on parts: none?
Condition of bore: excellent
Condition of grips: excellent
Matching serial numbers: all yes
Correct matching magazines: no
Accessories: original holster, and contraband papers from WWII.
