Ed, it was like a light going dim for a long long time. I had amassed 50 Lugers and they covered from a 1900 to a 70's Mauser. But there was always something missing. I started realizing that I acquired Weimar & WWII Lugers, but collected and appreciated the look and feel of the Imperials the best.
It will still be hard to let go of the others, but I think that the payoff will be more fulfilling in the end.
