Hugh was mentioned as the grip maker, with the explanation that the grips are sectioned, glued together and re-checkered.
I haven't worked on my baby for years. Got the 1900 frame cut down, installed a coil mainspring assembly (like the Dutch prototypes) and adapted a 1906 breech block to the 1900 toggle train. Still haven't gotten a barrel made, mainly due to the fact that it requires long-frame threading. A long-frame 9mm barrel is about as scarce as a baby Luger. It will require a custom barrel to be made from scratch and I just haven't looked around enough to find someone to do it right.
