It looks like a Portuguese...
holster that was issued with the last of the Mauser P.08 production (issued to Portuguese army). These P.08s were typically parkerized - and many were actually retained by the German army rather then sent to Portugal - as the "standard sidearm" was the newly adopted P-38... A few were imported through Canada after the war (in the 50's??? Well, before I was born, in any event)
However - I've been known to be wrong before - BUT this is my final guess..
