When I get a Luger in my shop I check the clearances of the magazine release and mag button spring, usually on repos I have to add a small bevel to the inside of the grips to clear the spring. Nills FIT THE BEST bar none of the non original non vintage Luger grips. I wish we had a little more variety on wood color. I personally like the beech wood lighter color and orangy walnut. Darker walnut looks good to me on the later Mausers. For DWM and Erfurts I sure like the light colored grips.
