Or, it could be return spring trouble. Possibly broken. Remove the left grip and lift the grip safety lever out of the retaining hole to look at the spring.The photo, compliments of Mr. Dwight Gruber from a previous post, shows what the spring is suppose to look like. Yours may be broken. If so, you can get a new one from Tom Heller, AKA Lugerdoc.
