Just wondering if original & authentic cleaning rods for LP-08's should have their wooden "beer barrel drum" handles turn/swivel on the metal rods or not ? Same question for the shorter version that was used with 6" Navy guns...
If the handle does not swivel, does this necessarily means the tool is a "repro" or were a variation of tools made/issued...?
