the gun is in NY.
in detroit where i live i can pick up two or more permits in about 2 to 3 hours with no waiting periods at all. this has not always been the case. my fisrt pistol i bought in detroit 15 years ago i had to wait 6 months
for the permit then there was a 10 day inspection period.
