I had a chance to see a vg condition HHHeiser holster for a 8" artillery for sale a few weeks back. It has the full closure flap...not the open style like yours. HHHeiser style number 435, as shown on page 571 on Bender's large book on luger holsters.
The asking price was $ 600 USD. The only blemish I could see on the holster's leather was a small water (or oil) spot the size of a US quarter, near the trigger area of the holster...
