yah, its a long trip home from the shooting range if the adjusting tool breaks. Simpson used to sell the stainless steel tool a long time ago. I think that the sales volumn was too small so he discontinued selling them. I picked mine up from the guy on GunBroker who has that web site tied up with a lot of other stuff for $48 including S&H. That price compares favorably to the brass tool. Your idea of grinding a screw driver to fit sounds good.
